Prologue : Omen of Fate

The room was silent. And that was ominous. The gods were not known for peaceful meetings, and yet not one voice spoke, not one hand was raised, and not one set of eyes dared look from those of the one at the head of the table. Those eyes, green as grass and normally so full of compassion, were like twin orbs of emerald fire as they surveyed every other set in the room.
All who had gathered could only guess why Agaia, queen of the heavens, and mightiest of all the gods, had gathered all the deities of the world here at this moment

Ok, big description time. Kir'ra is a drow native of Xendrick in the world of Ebberon. She is from a time when the drow were just re-emerging from their underground hiding after the fall of the Giant Empire. She is one of the leaders of her clan, and directly responsible for her tribe returning to the surface. However, due to a draconic prophecy she was pulled out of her time and into the future after the war that created the Mournlands. It was in this future time that she met up with a group of other individuals who, like her, had been pulled out of their original time lines. She doesn't know it, but the whole group are actually copies of the originals.

Her sarcastic wit, sometimes arrogant attitude, and penchant for pranks does cause some friction with the rest of the group but that is over come by her generally loving nature, fierce loyalty to friends and family, and her sheer dependability in battle. Of all her quirks, the one she goes out of her way to hide is the secret of her clan. Though she is drow, from a drow clan, her whole family bears a legitimate Dragon Mark, the Mark of Handling. If any of the Dragon Marked Houses were to discover this secret her life would be in grave danger. Thus all her companions were kept ignorant of the mark, until she could trust them with such a secret. And once they found out, aside from one individual, they all agreed to keep her secret.

Her adventuring company bases out of both Sharn and Stormreach. With in the group she is the hunter, the wilderness guide, and the general monster blender. Her two heavy swords tend to blur in battle as she dismembers monsters with seeming ease and a joyous taunt and laugh.

She has a Scorpian Earring? O.o
And i was expecting the Mark of Death, in truth xD. It -would- fit drow. The mark of handling works though.

Thanks. I had played her with the mark of shadow, but that incarnation died fast and was just stats with no personality. The real Kir'ra Dres is this one here.

I actually much prefer this version. I never liked min-maxing. I'm going to make an Artificer with the mark of the Sentinel myself

She's going to be that rebellious girl who pretty much hates her family. They aren't too fond of her either...

I sure hope she will be. I like the Dragonmark lore and families; it really adds a dimension for the players to pull on that already exists, instead of having to start from scratch.
